Large Coastal Villa

This modern six bedroom spacious villa is set in very private tranquil gardens and sleeps eight adults plus two children.

Downstairs you walk in through the front door to a spacious hallway with stairs rising to the first floor.  To your left is a well equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, food mixer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker and off that is the door to the garage where you will  find the washing machine. The oven is gas and there is a table and chairs, as per the photo.

To the right of the hallway is the lounge/dining room, with ample seating and a contemporary glass table and chairs.  There is a music centre (CD player) and board games and two French windows leading out to the patio area, which has roller canopies to keep off the sun from the south facing windows.

The garden is laid to lawn with many different trees to give welcome shade when required and include an oak tree and a fig tree, amongst others.

There is garden furniture and deck chairs, BBQ.

Downstairs there is one double bedroom and a family bathroom with bath and shower attachment, and sink, with separate bathroom. Upstairs you will find five further bedrooms: one more double (with vanity unit) , two twin bedded rooms (with shared balcony) and two single rooms with child sized beds with guard rails. Also there is a family shower room with sink and separate toilet.

The house is centrally heated  with a fireplace and therefore is ideal for off peak season bookings.  St Philibert is right on the coast the house is close to the sea at 300 metres, and the closest beaches are only 2kms from the house.  The area is ideal for both walking and especially cycling as there is a new cycle track recently laid down along this part of the coast.

Bed linen and towels are not provided with this house, but can be hired from the caretaking service, details on request.  There is also a 60€ cleaning fee to be paid at the end of the stay.  Water and electricity are metered and charged at cost.
