There
are some lovely properties for you to choose for your next holiday
home from home, so come on in and have a look. Most properties
supply bed and kitchen linen in the price (please verify for
yourself), but only a few supply personal towels. We cater for
couples to groups of up to 23. All properties are either in Morbihan,
or southern Brittany.
Houses are only visited by us at the beginning and not inspected
annually; therefore the information given in the text is as found on
that initial inspection. Any changes after that time are the
responsibility of the owner to inform us. All houses do
not permit smoking inside unless otherwise stated on the property
information page, same applies to pets.
BOOKING FEE per house booked payable with deposit only £15/20€
Please note that your contract will be
between the property owner and yourself, with SBC acting as
intermediary. |

INSTRUCTIONS ON
USE
When you
click through to the property pages further click on any property
photo to show individual details, including more photos, rental
charges and availability. All accommodation prices
are in euros per week, but we accept sterling at the bank exchange
rate available when the payment falls due. Sterling equivalent
is currently calculated as £1 = 1.23€. See
here for conversion table
which you may wish to keep open as reference.
Although our availability is updated as
soon as we make a reservation, best to email and check just in case
we've been too busy to update immediately! Check the date stamp at the
bottom to see last update information.
