Sitting in two acres with magnificent rolling countryside views, this lovely cottage will give you privacy and tranquillity, but yet is only a three minute drive to Serent, a good sized town with all the usual compliment of shops.

Downstairs is open plan in an L shape, and the uninterrupted views are brought to life with a full height French window overlooking the decked terrace.  The kitchen is solid wood and has a dish washer, electric oven and mixed gas and electric hob, large fridge freezer, microwave etc.

The lounge has two settees and an armchair and two further armchairs overlooking the back view.  Also there is a TV with satellite (with British programmes), video, small music player and a working log burning fire.  Also downstairs there is a handy toilet.  The house also has radiators for the cooler months to augment the log fire.

Also WiFi connection available via your own laptop.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms, one twin room, and three doubles, one of which can split into single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided

Also upstairs are a family bathroom with bath and shower over, and a further brand new modern shower room with fabulous moulded glass sink!

Outside you will find the raised decked terrace with the wonderful views, a BBQ and new for 2008 will be a spacious games room adjoined to the house.

Only three kilometres from Serent, and 9 kms from Maletroit, which is a large market town, about half an hour from Vannes (a medieval city) and the beautiful Gulf de Morbihan, around 1.5 hours from St Malo and 3 hours from the Cherbourg peninsula ferries (Le Havre, Caen). So a really good position for exploring this historic region of Brittany.
