4 cottages with indoor heated pool near Plouguenast

Near Plouguenast, and not far from Loudeac and Moncontour, this lovely group of cottages enjoys tranquil surroundings and benefits from a 7 x 4 m heated indoor pool (varies from 1.25 - 1.75 m deep) and large and well equipped games room (with table tennis/ping-pong, pool, darts and table football) and gym above the swimming pool room, along with children's play are and under-cover parking.  Each cottage has its own private patio/sitting area outside for Barbequing. All kitchens have microwaves, kettles, toasters and full cooking facilities. All lounges have TV and video and there is a communal video library with a variety of tapes, numbering about 400!  Communal washing machine in laundry room. 

LILY - Sleeps 6

The largest cottage (pictured top), Lily which is detached, sleeps 6 and has a separate dining room and living room with a wood burning stove, a well equipped, separate kitchen. 

 Ground floor bathroom with bath and shower, WC and wash hand basin, downstairs double bedroom with doors leading to Private Patio Area and BBQ.  Upstairs there are two further bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin and a further bathroom consisting of shower and WC.

EDITH - Sleeps 5

Edith Cottage has a large open plan dining and living area with a modern fitted kitchen area and good range of appliances.  There is also a wood burning stove and exposed beams.  There are double Doors leading to a furnished patio area and BBQ. 

Edith Cottage has 3 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin & 1 single.  There is also a family bathroom with bath with overhead shower, WC and wash hand basin.  This cottage has been lovingly restored, yet retains its rustic character

CHADANLOU - Sleeps 5

Chadanlou Cottage sleeps five and has an open plan living and dining room with TV & Stereo.  There is also a well equipped kitchen. 

There are three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single.  Family bathroom has bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.  There is a private outside area at the edge of the cottage which has a BBQ.  This cottage has it's own private entrance to the swimming pool. 

ANVIL - Sleeps 3

Anvil Cottage sleeps three in one double and one single room so ideal for the smaller family unit.  It has a well equipped kitchen, open plan dining and living room. 

Family bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin.  Also has its own private terrace and BBQ area to the back.  A very popular cottage that has been tastefully decorated and restored.

Location

Only five minutes from Plouguenast which is a good sized town with five restaurants, boulangerie, boucherie, supermarket, banks, post office, and the rest of the usual complement of shops.  Also fishing is available in the local river (trout) and licences can be bought by the week for 10€.  Only 1.15 hour from St Malo and 30 minutes from the northern beaches.  Also only 20 minutes from the Lake Guerledan, which has a sandy beach, and water-sports, fishing, swimming and restaurants.  The only difference is the there are no tides!
