Traditionally built village house on the edge of the village of Persquen, a 6kms from the large town of Guémené-sur-Scorff with good views over the surrounding landscape.

The L shaped lounge, opens out on to the decked area via the French windows.  There is a TV with Free Sat; an open fire for cooler evenings and settees and armchairs enough for eight people.

The dining room is next door and separate, large enough for eight to sit and eat comfortably.

The new modern kitchen is fully fitted and offers you a dual fuel cooker, with gas and electricity; a microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker; and ample cupboard space for your storage. There is a washing machine in the basement.

There are four bedrooms.  The first is on the ground floor, is a double and beside the family bathroom with bath, shower over and sink, with separate toilet with another sink.  The other three bedrooms are upstairs; a huge bedroom with a king size bed; another double bedroom and a room with twin beds.  There is also a further toilet with sink on this floor. 

Outside you will find a well kept garden with a decked area and nice views over other gardens.  There are sun loungers and patio furniture and a BBQ.

Just five minutes drive from the house is Guémené sur Scorff, you will find a municipal park with swings etc.  And one minute further on and you are in the countryside and the River Scorff meanders its way through the fields.  Weekly fishing licences can be bought from the local Tabac to fish for salmon and trout, then you can BBQ them for dinner.  Guémené has supermarkets, bars and restaurants and loads of interesting shops.

The Lac de Guerlédan has a sandy beach and you can hire boats, go fishing, swimming and other water sports - this is 20 kms from the village
