One of three renovated cottages set in around 50 acres of fields and woodland bordered by the river for fishing. Spectacular views over the surrounding fields and woods. New for 2008 6x5 metre indoor heated pool, so can be used whatever the weather!

La Palestro (Friday change over) is a four bedroomed house,  just renovated this year and has two twin rooms and two double bedrooms, all upstairs.  There is also a family shower room and downstairs a further family bathroom.

The downstairs is open plan with kitchen area which is equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave,  gas oven and hob etc.  The lounge area has a TV and video player.

  Palestro is a detached cottage with its own separate outside space and garden furniture, including BBQ.  This is a natural adventure playground for young explorers, and safe as there is no passing traffic and the lane to the house is about half a mile long. Fishing is a pleasant past-time in the river which borders the property (trout have been caught here!). 

The market town of Baud is only ten minute's drive and has the full complement of shops including several restaurants and three large supermarkets.  A 25 minute car journey has you at a choice of southern Brittany's beaches.
