This is the smallest house in the group with one bedroom but also has a sofa bed to allow up to 4 visitors.  The house has an open plan downstairs with ample room for you to enjoy your holiday.  A BBQ and sitting out area comes with the facilities and is positioned in a quiet corner of the garden.

 

bullet The open plan lounge kitchen/diner is fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. All china, glassware and cookware is provided.
bullet A television and DVD player, are also available for your use (a library of films are available for your use but you may want to bring some of your own). Mini-music system available.
bullet Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath/shower wash basin and toilet.
bullet The bedroom has a double bed and a cot can be placed on the spacious landing outside the bedroom door.

For those of you who need a change from the pool there is a Boule court to while away the long summer afternoons and evenings, a Badminton/Volleyball court if you are feeling energetic, fishing in the risseau (stream) is possible and also in the Brest to Nantes canal which is a 5 minute walk away.

 
 In the games room there is currently a pool table, and table tennis. The grounds cover 3 acres of park land with mature trees and a river running through. The pool has a large enclosed decking area around it for sunbathing and sitting out during those long summer days and evenings.

The bedrooms have linen provided which is changed weekly. The kitchens includes fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine, cutlery and china.  Personal towels are also provided but these are not for use around the pool, or beach, please bring your own towels for these usages.
