This pretty hamlet house has recently been refurbished and redecorated with a contemporary modern theme. It is set in private gardens which are fully enclosed.

Entrance directly into the dining/kitchen. It is fully fitted with modern electric cooker with oven and hob.  Also a dishwasher, fridge and microwave, toaster and kettle.  The dining area has an extendible table which seats six comfortably. In the garage you will also benefit from the freezer and washing machine.

The lounge has a working fireplace for burning logs and also benefits from two comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and video player.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two doubles and one single with pull-out under bed.  You will also find the family shower room on the upper floor as well.

There is also a further WC downstairs.  Outside, you will find the enclosed garden; two patio areas, BBQ and garden furniture.  Bed linen is provided and towel bales can be hired from the English caretakers, by prior arrangement. 

The village of Melrand is only a few minutes drive (2.3 kms) from the house, but if you want to walk, you can do so via the walkway which takes you along farm tracks and forest paths, which is about a 40 minute walk.  In the village you will find a little local store, boulangerie, restaurant and bar.  Bubry which is a  further 5kms is bigger and has a large Intermarché supermarket and more village shops.  20 minutes drive will have you in Pontivy which is a huge town with enough restaurants that you wouldn't have to eat in the same one twice during your holiday. 

There are loads of things to do in the area from visiting the beautiful villages, churches and walking in the forests, cycling and even spending a day at the Camors Forest Adventure Park, which is for all ages from about 5 years upwards.  Cycle hire is available and a delivery service will bring and collect to the house.  Speak to us if you wish to reserve bikes.
