 Completely restored 200 year old stone farmhouse in fabulous village setting.

 The farmhouse is situated in the centre of a small village, just a 2 minute stroll from the village bar. The accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms with king size beds, one family room with 2 single beds, a single sofa bed and a cot bed (if required).

 The large living room is beautifully furnished and has a wood-burning stove. There is a TV, DVD player & video (with a selection of videos & DVDs provided). There is also a double sofa-bed allowing the property to sleep up to nine people.

The kitchen has been refitted to the highest standard with cooker, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster etc.

A washing machine is provided in the boiler room.

There is a full bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs, which have both been completely redesigned and refitted.

The layout of the property makes it suitable for an elderly or disabled person to have an enjoyable stay without having to go upstairs.

The beautiful garden is on two levels and has a patio and private parking for 2 cars. A BBQ is provided, along with garden furniture and a 12’ all weather trampoline.

 All bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels.

 The area surrounding Locuon provides a wide range of interests for all ages. There are many local festivals throughout the year, which celebrate Breton traditions, art, music, food and historical anniversaries.

Activities such as fishing, cycling, horse riding and tennis are all available nearby and water sports are well catered for on the many lovely lakes in this area.

The nearby towns of Rostrenen and Guémené-Sur-Scorff offer a wide range of bars, restaurants and shops and the historical town of Pontivy (the birthplace of Napoleon) is just a short drive away.

The famous beaches at Carnac, Vannes and Quiberon are approximately 45mins away.
