Dating back to the 18th century this thatched cottage is only 800m from the centre of Languidic, a good sized village with the usual compliment of local shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars.

This house has flexible accommodation; either for a couple with own kitchen, lounge, double ensuite room and private patio area or, for a family or 4-6 using (in addition) the ensuite family room for four people (double & twin beds).

There is a large living area of some 100m2 large enough for the big fireplace,  TV, HiFi and also a table tennis table!

The kitchen is compact but fully equipped with fridge/freezer, full cooker, microwaves, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.  Open plan to the large lounge with card table, chairs, settees, TV etc.  Also there is an ante room with a huge fireplace and dining table.

 It has its own outside space including a patio, garden room and BBQ.  Also outside there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier.  The landscaped enclosed gardens extend to some 5000m2.
