This pretty little cottage is semi-detached to the owner's house but yet benefits from complete privacy, with its own entrance, parking for two cars, garden, patio and BBQ area.  Set in tranquil surroundings, at the end of a country lane with just bird song for accompaniment. 

Downstairs is well laid out, open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen area: washing machine, dishwasher, full gas cooker, fridge, microwave and everything you would need to create your French cuisine as well as a British breakfast (toaster, kettle and coffee maker) and for the healthy option, a smoothy maker.  There are two, two seater settees, dining table and four chairs, games, books and music centre.

Upstairs, past the original artwork on the walls, you will find two ensuite bedrooms, one a double and the other a twin.  High quality beds are in both rooms to ensure good nights rest during your stay.  The shower rooms have dual flush toilets, vanity sinks and shower cubicles. The bedrooms have both got flat screen TVs with free to view satellite reception and DVD players.  There is also a trouser press on the landing area.

Outside you will find your own private garden (left above) only overlooked by the maize and birds!  There is personal parking for two cars. The long lane from the country road means no passing traffic (right above)  There is also a boule court and a table tennis table for your use and for the more athletic amongst you, a trampoline!

You will enjoy your lazy evenings on the patio area, having a BBQ and listening to the evening birdsong. There are also soft relaxing chairs which can be used here or on the garden area.

The house is only five minutes from Moustoir-Ac with its boulangerie and Locminé which has restaurants, bars and a variety of shops and supermarkets within easy reach.  Auray, a large market town is only about 20 minute's drive, and the beaches are all within easy reach.  Along with the wonderful little port of St Goustan, with its wonderful array of restaurants all along the harbour front.

All bed and kitchen linen and personal towels are included with this beautifully finished house.  The owners have thoughtfully considered all aspects to make your stay with them as relaxing and comfortable as possible.
