The beautifully restored town house is located in a small square in the heart of historic Josselin close to the magnificent chateau and basilica and is just a gentle stroll to the Nantes Brest Canal where you can walk, cycle or take a boat trip and enjoy the scenery without exerting any energy! There are also quality bakers, bars, restaurants and creperies plus the local weekly market is only minutes from "Maison Bleue".

 The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, full size electric oven, iron and ironing board. The house is centrally heated and is suitable for rentals throughout the year.

There are 2 large double bedrooms on separate floors, one bathroom with bath and overhead shower and an open plan living area with kitchen diner. Bed linen is supplied but you will need your own towels.

The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating for four people, with a wood burning stove plus a television with freeview to English channels.

At the back of the house is a beautiful sheltered courtyard, making it perfect setting for outdoor dining.

 There is parking available in the square and there is a very good boulangerie just at the end of the road. The chateau and Basilica are a stone's throw away, as is the Nantes - Brest Canal for walks, bike rides and boat trips.  The steep stairs may make this house unsuitable for those with mobility problems or those with children under five years of age.
