Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with full self-cleaning oven, electric hob, 4-slice electric toaster, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, blender, saucepans, crockery with built-in cupboards etc. Heater, light-switch for side of house, BBQ etc.

Dining area: Large 6-8 person dining table with chairs looking out to rear garden through French sliding doors.

English/French TV/WiFi Internet In large main lounge plus Video and DVD players.

Downstairs Shower/Toilet: Enclosed shower, mirror/light sink assembly, loo

                      Bedroom 1: Single bed with drawers, light, chair with optional full single pull-out bed underneath, heater

Bedroom 2: Double bed with Wardrobe, Blackout blind (used for children sleeping in daytime), Set of Drawers,  heater

Bedroom 3: Children’s Bedroom with single bed, cot and smaller single bed, heater

 Bedroom 4: Main bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe, heater and Blackout blind (used for children sleeping in daytime)

Bedroom 5 (downstairs) A selection of Videos and CD’s are also available (using second video player) for all age-groups in this optional 5^th bedroom/ games room. A double fold-out futon is available for occasional use

Upstairs Bathroom: Full-size Bath + hand-held shower, loo, clothes airers etc. Mirror with built-in lights, sink

 Pets:  Well behaved pets welcome by arrangement but STRICTLY ground floor only. Damage to stairs or furniture will be deducted from deposit and any additional cleaning charges will be passed on at cost.

Garden Furniture/ BBQ, Sun Brolley for table/chairs under cover also.  Owners Bicycles can be used. Gas-BBQ can also be used with full-sized table in side enclosure. Various parts of the garden are fenced off to allow safe play areas for young children.  Boule and other games are stored in the side shed. Also children's netted trampoline and table tennis table.

Erdeven is a seaside town with sandy coasts covering 8 km, from the mouth of the River Etel to half way along the Quiberon peninsula. The largest family beach is Kerhillio which offers safe bathing with life guards present during July & August. Kerouriec is a small creek opposite the islet of Roélan. The resort offers water sports and 40 km of marked walking trails in the countryside.

This house offers you a flexible start, flexible stay to help you make the most of the cheaper mid-week ferry crossings.  Although dates are based on Saturdays the start dates are flexible, so please ask.  If heating is required off peak then £25 per week extra will be payable.  If a longer let, this charge may be waived, dependent on situation.
