A Village House near Josselin

This comfortable 4 bedroom stone built house although set in a rural environment is only a few minute's walk to the village of Bellon and two miles from the jostling mediaeval town of Josselin.  Also close by is the Lac du Duc with it's sandy beaches and variety of water sports, walks and cycle routes.  Local golf courses are a short drive away.

The open plan kitchen/diner is fully equipped for all your needs whilst staying here, there is a washing machine, cooker, kettle, coffee maker and all the cooking utensils you will need (the owner is a professional caterer) and there is a comfy seating area so whoever is cooking is not left to their own devises!

There is a lounge, which is a fresh, bright room with TV and satellite reception with access to BBC and ITV channels and Film4.  There are also a selection of DVDs, books and games to keep you occupied.  Also in the cellar there are four bikes which you are welcome to use. 

The house is centrally heated for those cooler months and there is a wood burning fire, just to make it ever cosier.  Also downstairs is the master bedroom which has an ensuite shower room. Bed linen is supplied but you will need your own towels.

Upstairs you will find one further double room, and two twin rooms and family bathroom:

Outside you have use of the private enclosed garden with children's play area.

There is a games room with a table tennis table and 5 ft pool table

Just to say what a wonderful time we had at your house - you have done it up so beautifully and it was a joy to stay there.  We were very sad to leave and would love to return sometime! The mattress on the upstairs double bed was one of the nicest my husband has ever slept on. PS, Surrey
