This  deceptively large house has five bedrooms and sleeps 8.  Surrounded by lovely well kept gardens including a fountain fish pond with waterfall to smaller pond - a lovely feature.

The house has a large roomy fully fitted kitchen with oven, gas hob, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine in the utility room.  That opens on to the separate dining room which opens on to the lounge with large granite fireplace with log burning fire, TV with UK Sky Satellite.

Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower room; one other double, one twin and family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Up the next flight you will find two single bedrooms and a large landing area with TV and settee, ideal for reading or craft work.

All the bedrooms have new furniture, beds and bedding for 2008. 

Outside you will find lovely landscaped gardens, with mature trees for shading from the sun; a patio area, outside the back door, beside the stone walled pool and waterfall, a further patio above that with BBQ, and in the middle of the garden is the huge heated salt-water pool which is large enough get your daily exercise, dive and play water-polo.  It is approx 2.4 metre deepest, but has a shallow end with tiled steps, and slightly bigger than 12 x 6 metres.  There is a pool house with shower, toilet and sink and a further area for BBQs and shade. Plenty of garden and pool furniture. 

It is within walking distance of the town of Bréhan which has the usual compliment of village shops and a large Super U supermarket - 15 - 20 minutes walk.  Also it has uninterrupted country views and is set in a tiny hamlet with no near neighbours. Bed linen is included as is kitchen linen, personal and pool towels can be hired by the week.
