Ty Laure is a pretty stone cottage, fully renovated and equipped with modern facilities.
Ty Laure Two bedrooms, sleeps 4 One of a group of three, this is the smaller of the cottages, and is well appointed. It has a compact but modern kitchen corner, with hob, fridge, and microwave/convection oven. The dining area has a table and chairs and leads on to the lounge which is comfortably furnished and has an original stone fireplace. See photo above. Upstairs there are two modern bedrooms with comfortable double beds and colourful bedding and en-suite shower rooms. Utility Room The laundry room with washing machine etc, is shared by all houses. Outside Outside in the extensive gardens, you have your own private terrace area. There is a BBQ and table and chairs for those al-fresco meals. In the middle courtyard, there is a huge swimming pool with plenty of areas to relax. Area Situated in the quiet southern Brittany countryside only 20 minutes drive to the beach and 6 kms from the town of Languidic. The nearest shops are in the town which has the usual supply of shops: a large Intermarché supermarket, two boulangeries, clothes shop, Tabac, banks, charcuterie, butcher, fresh fishmonger, pharmacie etc. Golf courses are quite close and also an abundance of beaches to choose within about 20-30 minutes drive. Also quite close, there are tennis courts to rent, canoeing and all sorts of other sporting activities, bars, restaurants. This is a good base to really explore this wonderful part of southern Brittany either by car, bicycle or on foot. Key Benefits
