Beautifully Restored Stone Country Cottage with shared pool

A bright well furnished and spacious gite with a well equipped kitchen and four good sized bedrooms, separate garden area. Large open plan living area with fire place, wood burner, comfortable leather settee and armchairs, dining table and chairs. Satellite TV with English, free to air channels. Well equipped fitted kitchen area with gas range cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer, small breakfast table.

Stairs to first floor with double ensuite bedroom, one further double and two twin rooms, family bathroom with bath and shower, washbasin and WC. Cot available on request. Laundry room is separate. Bed linen is included but you will need to bring your own towels.

Outside you will find lovely grounds.  Wonderful views over the surrounding open countryside.  BBQ, children's play area (swings set, play equipment and sand pit), boule court and garden furniture also available.  The 12 x 5 metre heated swimming pool is fully enclosed and there is also a large kiddies splash pool. The outdoor facilities are shared with two other cottages.  Communal laundry room. You will also meet Taffy who is the owners' Jack Russell - he is a lovely boy, friendly with children, and loves to play.

Only a few minutes drive from Quistinic, a good sized village with the usual compliment of small shops and bars.  Also 30 minutes to the clean and sandy southern Brittany beaches. There are many golf courses in the area and so many historical sites to visit you won't have time to see them all in one holiday.  Also close by is the Poul Fetan - the village of other times, which is a recreation of how past life in Brittany operated with locals in traditional costume going about their daily life as it would have been in centuries past.  A good day out and educational too!
