In a group of three, this is the middle sized of the two, and is a well appointed house. It has a modern kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge, and microwave.

The open plan lounge/dining area has a table and chairs and the lounge is comfortably furnished. Upstairs there are three modern ensuite bedrooms with comfortable double beds, and colourful bedding.  Bed linen is included but you will need your own towels

Utility Room

The laundry room with washing machine etc, is shared by all houses.

Outside

Outside in the extensive gardens, you have your own private terrace area. There is a BBQ and table and chairs for those al-fresco meals. In the middle courtyard, there is a huge swimming pool with plenty of areas to relax. Pool open Jul & August

Situated in the quiet southern Brittany countryside only 20 minutes drive to the beach and 6 kms from the town of Languidic. The nearest shops are in the town which has the usual supply of shops: a large Intermarché supermarket, two boulangeries, clothes shop, Tabac, banks, charcuterie, butcher, fresh fishmonger, pharmacie etc. Golf courses are quite close and also an abundance of beaches to choose within about 20-30 minutes drive. Also quite close, there are tennis courts to rent, canoeing and all sorts of other sporting activities, bars, restaurants. This is a good base to really explore this wonderful part of southern Brittany either by car, bicycle or on foot.
