Trebihan Languidic, on the banks of the River Blavet

                            This stone cottage overlooks open fields and a beautifully landscaped garden, and is only 200 metres from the River Blavet with its wonderful towpath for fabulous walks and bike rides and of course kayaking.  Also there is a weir and lock on this stretch of navigable river which was canalised under instruction by Napoleon.

The house on three floors, has two double bedrooms and one twin room; and is traditionally furnished.  There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, sink and separate toilet with a further toilet on the ground floor.

Downstairs, there is a small but well laid out kitchen with full gas cooker, fridge freezer and microwave then off the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine.  In the lounge/diner there is a TV with DVD and huge table with traditional backed benches.  Door leads to the garden on one side and into the patio on the other where you will find the sun loungers and BBQ. 

The lounge is comfortably furnished with huge log burning fire.  The dining table seats eight, in case you have a couple of guests to dinner.  Most of the original features remain in this property including the massive oak beams in all rooms and the exposed stone walls. Linen is not included but can be hired at 10€ per person.

The house is in a small hamlet semi-detached to the owners house.  Wonderful for walkers, joggers, cyclists, and nature lovers because the banks of the nearby river are home to wonderful birds and aquatic animals like otters, kingfishers, and some I have yet to identify!
