    This is a new house on a small residential development, within walking distance of the town, with shops, bars and within a few minutes drive to the beaches. The heated pool (9.4 x 4 m) is available from May to September and has an electrically controlled hard cover in compliance with the strict French regulations.

There is a well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer and breakfast table.  There is also a washing machine in the garage for your use.  The lounge is bright and comfortable.  It has a large leather extended settee, TV and patio windows to the side garden. Also internet access is available via your own laptop.

The dining room has an elegant glass table and on the sideboard is a music centre. It has three bedrooms, one twin and two doubles (one of which is downstairs with an en-suite shower room) There is a further family bathroom (with bath) upstairs. Bed linen is not supplied but you can either hire this from the owner or bring your own.

Outside the garden extends on all sides of the house, and is enclosed, with fence and gates.  Parking for two cars in the driveway. The large private heated pool is 9.4 metres by 4 metres with electrically operated hard cover to comply with strict safety laws.

The village of Sainte Hélène is a few minute stroll and has the usual compliment of local shops and bars.  A few minutes in the car will have you a the various beaches of the area.
