Sleeps 6 in four bedrooms Set in a quiet residential area only about a minute's walk to the village of Sainte Helene sur Mer near the Etel this detached bungalow offers you four bedrooms, sleeping six and is an ideal base from which to explore the coastal region.
Click any "framed" photo for enlargement The kitchen is fully fitted with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and there is a washing machine and tumble drier in the garage. The dining area is beautifully furnished and the lounge has comfy settees and an armchair. There is a large plasma TV, satellite, DVD and video player and a music centre. Also downstairs there is a toilet, bath with shower over and sink. There is one double bedroom downstairs and a single room. Upstairs there is a further double and single rooms.
Outside on the terrace there is a table and chairs, and also sun loungers. There is also a BBQ. The terrace has an electric sunshade for those really hot sunny days. The garden is well stocked with plants and the fish pond is grilled to stop inquisitive children paddling.
You will need your own bed and kitchen linen and towels with this house, as they are not provided. However, for those of you flying, it is possible to arrange bed linen hire locally, on request for 50€ per change (all beds).
The sea is less than 3 kms and we found a secluded little beach not far from the house.
