This lovely village cottage is all on one level and sleeps six in three lovely bedrooms.  Overall the house is decorated and furnished in a contemporary style only a few hundred metres from the village of St Servant sur Oust.

The living area is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and hob.  The dining room is brightly lit from the large French windows overlooking the back garden and the fields beyond.  There is a TV and DVD player.

There is a family bathroom, with bath and shower over and separate toilet with sink.  The three bedrooms are fresh and bright, one double and two twin rooms (all have wardrobes and chest of drawers).

Outside you have full use of the back garden, with patio area and picnic table, sun loungers, swing set and foot ball goal.  Beyond that is the vegetable garden with fresh season veg available during your stay.  The English owners have thoughtfully provided a welcome pack with daily essentials like milk, bread, jam, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, salt, pepper, loo roll, wine and even some fresh flowers. Bed & kitchen linen provided, please bring your own towels.

St Servant is only a few minutes drive to Josselin town and 10 minutes from a large natural lake with beach (!) yes; and water-sports, pedalloes etc and an adjacent golf course.
