This lovely detached property on a small residential park is only a short walk from the prettiest little sandy bay and about one kilometre from the town of St Gildas with shops, bars and restaurants.

Left is the nearest beach, 300 metres from the house and right is the beach nearest the town.

The house is lovely, it is bright and fresh with modern furniture.  The main living area is open plan, with kitchenette (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, two ring ceramic hob and washing machine in garage).  The dining table seats six and the lounge has a TV, DVD player and music centre.  French doors lead to the patio and there is a set of garden furniture.

There is one double bedroom downstairs and shower room with WC and sink beside it.  Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one single and one twin,  further family bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.  Linen is not included in the rental, but can be hired from the owner.

The area is lovely and well kept and a fairly recent build of only a few years.  There is also a little playing field near the main entrance with football goals etc.
