This lovely renovated stone cottage is semi-detached to Ty Melen.  Restored farm buildings set in tranquil, wooded countryside near the beautiful Blavet river and 2 kms from the town of Languidic, only 20 minutes from beaches.

   Inside you will find many original features - beams and exposed stone. On the ground floor is an open plan living room with sitting and dining area and kitchen with oven, mixed gas/electric hob, microwave and dishwasher. Separate toilet and washing machine.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin and the bathroom has a bath and toilet. Bed linen is included but you will need your own towels.

This cottages are situated in the  little hamlet of St. Éleran, just two kilometres from the town of Languidic which has two boulangeries, village shops, café/bar, restaurants, creperie and large supermarket, with Hennebont just ten minutes drive and Lorient twenty minute's drive for a bigger choice of shops. From here you can explore the villages, rivers and forests of central Brittany whilst being within easy reach of the coast with the sandy beaches of Plouhinec and Port Louis only twenty minutes drive away.

About half an hour to the charming medieval market town of Auray on the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan which with its myriad islands which are well worth exploring by boat.

Set in several acres of private land, a paradise for children to explore, the property is in peaceful wooded countryside close to the beautiful river Blavet. It has its own garden with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.  Also fenced off to one side are a few chickens and one lovely goose, so if you are nice, you may be able to have fresh eggs!
