Small seaside house with community pool - Sarzeau

In the heart of the Gulf du Morbihan on a holiday complex is where you will find this small seaside purpose built holiday home is situated in a "lotissement" which is a purpose built seaside community, with other holiday homes and is only around 300 metres from the beach and 30 metres from the heated shared community pool (pictured below).  The house is only 30m2 but comfortably furnished with a modern contemporary feel.  It has a private garden which is not overlooked.

It has an open plan ground floor with a brand new kitchen (full oven, two ring hob, microwave and fridge) and a new washing machine installed in the outhouse. 

The lounge area has a comfortable settee, dining table and six chairs, dresser, TV & DVD player. 

The small bathroom has bath, with shower over and sink and there is a separate toilet next to it.  The stairs rise from the lounge area and lead to one double room with wardrobe and one bunk bed room with angled bunk beds with a double bed under a single bed, clothes space and chest of drawers.

Outside the garden is private and not overlooked.  The French doors you can see in the photo above lead to a decked area.  There is a BBQ and children's toys including a sandpit, football goal and other toys. 

In the little village which is less than 5 minute's walk, you will find a little supermarket, boulangerie and a beach front restaurant.  The beach is long and sandy.  I took the photo below in February so it doesn't look too exciting!

The good sized village of Sarzeau is only a few minutes drive from the house and offers a range of restaurants and the usual complement of French village shops.  There is also a large SuperU supermarket on the side of the town nearest the house.   Sorry for the lack of photos, but the house is currently being decorated and there isn't much furniture in it, but what has been completed is lovely, bright and modern.

Bed linen and kitchen linen is provided and the price is inclusive of utilities.  All you need is to bring your own personal and pool/beach towels.
