Private fishing lake, shared pool and Jacuzzi

This is the raised patio area, with views over the surrounding woods, down into the two private lakes.  Newly renovated, and comfortably furnished.

And below one of the private fishing lakes with carp and perch and other varieties for your fishing pleasure.

Inside on the level you will find a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with dishwasher.  With oven and hob, large fridge with freezer, microwave (and there is a washing machine in the laundry room), Sky TV also available and if you like, you can bring your own Sky Card to receive all your home channels.

Comfortable settee

The king size bed in the main bedroom and bunk beds in the second bedroom, so ideal for a family of four.  Off the bedroom, is the family shower room with walk in massage shower, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are supplied but you will need your own pool towels.

The gardens are spectacular and boasts a mill with a wheel and a feeder canal which is spring fed, which cascades down the waterfall into the lake below, which is home to ducks and geese and two very proud peacocks who are not shy to show their full plumage!  There are many walk tracks near the house, unless you just fancy a stroll around the ample grounds and pathways by the two lakes.  They are set in magnificent landscaped grounds stretching for over seven acres.  It has its own private spring-fed lake the size of a football pitch, so if you so desire, you can fish for tench, roach, rudd, bream, perch.CARP (around 12lbs) and trout!  If you don't fancy that, you can enjoy wonderful walks in the beautiful grounds.

With lovely views over the rolling countryside is the  9 x 4.5 metre heated, decked, above ground pool, open June, July and August. Boule court and loads of safe areas to play in, complete the expansive outside space.

The town of Le Sourn is only a kilometre, which means a 15 minute walk to the boulangerie, Boucher, tabac, pharmacy and supermarket.  If golf is your pleasure there is a nine-hole course only five minutes drive from the house.  45 minutes to the south-coast beaches.  Only 3kms to the 18 hole Golf de Rimaison.
