Delightful restored group of five houses overlooking countryside.

Ground floor open plan kitchen and living area, glazed door leading onto the south facing patio with furniture.

Stairs to the first floor with one bunkroom (there is space for an additional single bed if required), and one single bedroom.

Bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and WC. There is also a separate WC with wash hand basin on this floor.

Stairs to the second floor - large double bedroom, velux windows to north and south with space for cot if required;  one single bed/cot.

Outside is a large heated figure of eight pool shared with the three cottages. There is a  large shared garden with furniture, BBQ, shaded separate area for toddlers, boule pitch, badminton net and table tennis equipment. Washing machine available in shared laundry room. .

A wonderful choice of beaches within easy reach, & also Quimper and Pont-Aven.

Cot and highchair available free of charge.  Bed linen not included, but can be hired. Electricity extra, at cost, paid locally. Bottled gas included. Final clean available, payable locally. Tourist tax 20c per adult per day, payable locally.

Location

Resclen, situated in Southern Brittany, 20 miles north of Lorient, is ideally placed within easy reach of many historical sites and museums, forest trails for walking or cycling, lakes for swimming, boating and fishing, a number of fine golf courses and the many fine sandy beaches within easy driving distance. In July and August, Brittany erupts with fêtes and festivals, and from Resclen you can visit many of these wonderful events.

The local town of Le Faouët, 6 km away with a very fine medieval covered market, has a variety of restaurants and bars with regular live music events, shops, chemist and tourist office, and there is also an indoor heated swimming pool. Meslan is the nearest village, only 2.5 kms from the cottage and it has a supermarket, boulangerie, and the usual complement of village shops.
