Luxuriously Renovated hamlet cottage with Private Pool, sleeps 10
You are in for a treat whilst staying at this fabulous five bedroom cottage, it is just newly renovated and no expense has been spared to make this a most comfortable and well appointed house. Around 5 kms of Pluvigner town and a max half hour drive to beaches.
Downstairs has an open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area which is great because whoever is cooking won't feel left out of it! The kitchen - as is everything else - brand new and comprise: electric stove and hob, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer and has even retained the original stone fireplace. From the kitchen, it is 2 steps down to the separate utility room with washing machine and separate double sink. There is a wash line in the rear courtyard.
The dining table will comfortably seat 10, with plenty of room around it. The lounge has TV, Satellite, DVD and CD player and there is also wireless internet available via your own laptop and an internet phone for local, European and incoming calls only (therefore ideal for longer off peak rentals)
There are three bedrooms downstairs: one double room, and two twin rooms, all are generously proportioned with comfortable mattresses.
Also these three downstairs rooms share a full bathroom, separate shower room and two toilets.
Upstairs you will be surprised at the size of the mezzanine which gives you another seating area, ideal for reading or playing board games and jigsaws. Off there, you will find a further two bedrooms, one twin and one double. There is also a further shower room on this level with toilet.
Outside there is a lovely lawned games area to the front of the house and also the private heated 9 x 4 metre pool, which is unfenced, but has a hard cover (as per strict French regulations) which is simply wound back to use it, a simple and quick task. Please note you are advised to keep the pool covered when not in use especially if you have children in your group. As this house is in a residential hamlet, the pool must not be used after 10pm, unless you can guarantee no noise! Pool open May - October (as long as weather is ambient).
Bed linen and personal towels are provided with this cottage, but you will need your own pool towels. Also a substantial welcome pack offered on your arrival (bread, milk, cheese, butter, wine, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea-towels, dishcloths, washing powder, detergent, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls).
