One Storey Seaside Chalet Apartment Near Auray

This is a lovely well equipped purpose built seaside apartment on one floor in a small complex of eight chalets.  The beach is only 800 metres away.  There are two bedrooms: one double and one twin.  The lounge/kitchen/dining area is open plan and light and airy; with settee, TV and DVD player, dining table and chairs; kitchen corner with fridge, combi-microwave and two ring electric hob, large storage cupboard.  Family bathroom with bath (shower over) sink and WC. Washing machine.  The décor is modern, light and bright.  

 Outside there is a small enclosed private garden (safe for little ones) and large open gardens outside the gate.  There is a BBQ, and garden furniture, table and chairs for those al-fresco meals.  Private parking. Change over Saturdays. Suitable for wheelchair users.

Everything is nearby and convenient; the town is less than half  kilometre. This is a holiday village apartment very close to the beach.  Locmariaquer is a lovely village, with full facilities and Auray is nearby if you want a bigger selection of shops and a regular weekly street market.  Bikes can be hired in the village which will make your daily trip to the beach even faster!

Golf courses are also a very short distance, and although the sea is only about fifteen minutes stroll away through shaded lanes, you have an abundance of beaches to choose from a little further afield.  Also nearby, there are tennis courts to rent, fishing, canoeing and water sports, horse riding, all sorts of sporting activities, children’s’ summer club activities, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and more traditional shops like the boulangerie and patisserie close by.  This is a brilliant base whether you want a beach holiday or to explore the wonderful surrounding countryside.
