Martinet Cottage PRIVATE HOT TUB SPA & shared pool
near Josselin Sleeps 5 Set in a group of three cottages, this semi-detached cottage (2nd in the picture). You will have exclusive use of your own outdoor hot tub spa and use of the shared pool (8.5 x 4.5 metres approx). Due to health and insurance restrictions, persons under 12 years of age have limited use the Hot Tub. This cottage is recently renovated and incorporates the ancient building with modern furniture and many of the original features remain like the exposed stone walls and oak beams.
In the lounge it has comfortable settees and TV & DVD player (TV receives BBC) and a wood burning stove for those autumn and winter evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with full cooker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc
Upstairs there is a family shower room and two bedrooms, one double and one twin and an extra bed is available if required for a 5th person. All bed linen and personal towels are provided, just bring your pool towels. Outside is a private back garden with the screened hot tub for five, set into a large decked seating area. This is in use free of charge until the end of September, From October to April the tub can be available for an additional charge of £30/40€.
There is a swimming pool 8.5 x 4.5 metres. Private Hot Tub available May - end September We had a great holiday in Brittany, the Martinet Cottage was wonderful, great facilities and not short of any amenities. Lots of attention for detail and probably the best equipped house we have stayed in, during fifteen years of travelling in France. Would definitely recommend and return. GH Key Benefits
