PRIVATE HOT TUB SPA & shared pool

Set in a lovely group of three cottages, this detached cottage sits alone.  You will have exclusive use of your own outdoor hot tub and use of the shared pool (8.5 x 4.5 metres approx).  Due to health and insurance restrictions, persons under 12 years of age have limited use the Hot Tub.

This cottage is recently renovated and incorporates the ancient building with modern furniture and many of the original features remain like the exposed stone walls and huge oak beams.

In the lounge it has comfortable settees and TV & DVD player (TV receives BBC) and a wood burning stove for those autumn and winter evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with full cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine etc

Upstairs there is a shower room and three bedrooms, one a four poster king sized bed and two singles, one of which is on the mezzanine overlooking the main bedroom.  All bed linen and personal towels are provided, just bring your own pool towels.

Outside is a private back garden with the screened hot tub for four, set on decking.  This is in use free of charge until the end of September, From October to April the tub can be available for an additional charge of £30/40€. 

There is a shared swimming pool 8.5 x 4.5 metres. Private Hot Tub available May - end September

The children loved hanging out with Winnie the Cat, Oscar the Spaniel, the pigs, chicken and ducks.  The walks that Dave suggested in his welcome pack were excellent, particularly Route 1, we saw kingfishers and trout. The cottage was a delight everything we needed was there.
