This sympathetically and well renovated cottage sits surrounded by about 7 acres of forest and meadows and is a quiet get away from it all. The owners are in the same hamlet, but far enough away to give you complete privacy if that is what you desire.
Downstairs you will find a comfortable lounge with settee, two armchairs, TV with free to air stations, DVD, video player and music centre. In the fireplace is a pot bellied wood burning stove for cooler evenings.
The new kitchen is well equipped including electric oven and hob, microwave and large fridge freezer. Also there is dining table and 6 chairs in here as well. There is access to a washing machine. Also downstairs you will find the family shower room with a large shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. There is a further toilet upstairs.
Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms and one twin room with good quality pine beds. Bed linen and towels are included with this house. Outside you will find plenty of room to explore around the forest and meadows, to watch the few lambs at play and chat to the chickens to encourage them to give you an extra egg for your breakfast. Langonnet is a good sized village with boulangerie, boucherie, restaurant, small supermarket and three bars. Larger towns of Le Faouet and Gourin are only ten minutes in the car offering more choice of larger supermarkets and differing types of restaurants.
