Near Langoelan, Sleeps 7 + baby The Farmhouse has three bedrooms and will sleep up to seven plus baby comfortably. There is a separate living room, dining room and kitchen all on the ground floor. The property also has full central heating. It has two large double bedrooms on the first floor and one triple with single beds. Cot and highchair available for baby. There is a fully equipped bathroom (independent shower and antique claw foot bath) with toilet and sink on the ground floor and toilet and sink on the second floor. The kitchen leads out to the sun terrace and pool area. There is also a washing machine a tumble dryer located in the outbuilding adjacent to the property.
The Living room has comfortable seating, Television, DVD and Video. There is also a wood burning stove should the weather take a turn for the worse.
The brand new solid oak kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard. Including a microwave, dishwasher, food mixer and everything you would have at home. The house is situated in large well kept grounds with woodland surrounding. You will find on this land Free Range chickens for your eggs. Also resident is Jet a chestnut horse. Also available is a large range of fresh produce grown in the vegetable garden.
Set in a superb location of landscaped gardens the property is surrounded by woodlands, streams and countryside.
On site there is a family size heated swimming pool (4 x 9 m; 0.50 - 1.80 m deep) with interior lighting , hot shower which is exposed to full sunshine all day where you can take advantage a have a late evening swim against a perfect sunset.
