This comfortable hamlet house is situated on a quiet country road, set in about 1.5 acres of fruit tree orchard. 

All on one floor, The lounge has comfortable double sofa and two chairs, TV & DVD player.  There is one double bedroom and one twin room both with wardrobes:

Family shower room with sink and separate toilet.  The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment.

In the basement there is a washing machine. and a summer kitchen with BBQ, sink etc.

: Only a few minutes drive from Quistinic, a good sized village with the usual compliment of small shops and bars.  Also 30 minutes to the clean and sandy southern Brittany beaches. There are many golf courses in the area and so many historical sites to visit you won't have time to see them all in one holiday.  Also close by is the Poul Fetan - the village of other times, which is a recreation of how past life in Brittany operated with locals in traditional costume going about their daily life as it would have been in centuries past.  A good day out and educational too!
