Beautiful Town House overlooking Josselin
Sleeps 4 Set high above the river, this elegant house affords beautiful views over the Nantes Brest Canal on one side and the chateau on the other. Within walking distance of the town and copious restaurants and beautiful canal side walks and water activities. An ideal base to really explore this wonderful "petit citι de character". However, due to the configuration of the garden and terrace, this property is not suitable for children under the age of four.
As you enter the front door, you have a spacious bright kitchen at the end of the hallway; it is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, full gas cooker, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc. And a wonderful view over the river. This leads in to the dining room with dining table and six chairs and this leads through the French doors to the elevated decked terrace over looking the back garden and the river beyond (no river access from the garden).
The lounge has two comfortable settee - a two and a three seater and is bright and airy. Free view satellite TV, DVD player and HiFi.
Upstairs through the lovely landing area, you will find two bedrooms one twin one double and a super-sized family bathroom with bath and shower over, sink and toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided within the rental, so you just need pool/beach towels. The owners have thoughtfully provided a welcome pack for you including tea, coffee, sugar, juice, wine, & biscuits.
Outside you have a lovely lawned garden to the back and the side. Prices per week
