The Stables is a well appointed spacious farm building conversion and has kept the French country feel while giving you all the modern amenities. The house is setup to sleep six in a Double and two twin rooms. It will however fit one or two more people if necessary It has stunning views across the rolling countryside.

The large dining/sitting room which is also over-looked by the kitchen also has an adjoining sitting room. A Television and DVD player, are also available for your use (a large library of films are available for your use but you may want to bring some of your own). Mini-music system available.

There are French doors leading to the enclosed sun terrace where a BBQ and outdoor seating is provided.

The dining table will seat six and a high chair is provided. The kitchen is integrated into the living area and allows the ‘chef’ to remain part of the party whilst preparing all those culinary delights! All china and glass, cooking utensils etc., are supplied. One twin bedroom and one shower room/bathroom is located on the ground floor. One double bedroom, one twin bedroom (with cot) and a family bathroom is located on the first floor.

For those of you who need a change from the pool there is a Boule piste to while away the long summer afternoons and evenings, a Badminton/Volleyball court if you are feeling energetic, fishing in the risseau (stream) is possible and also in the Brest to Nantes canal which is a 5 minute walk away.

In the games room there is currently a pool table, and table tennis. The grounds cover 3 acres of park land with mature trees and a river running through. The pool has a large decking area around it for sunbathing and sitting out during those long summer days and evenings. Own garden space with picnic bench or garden furniture.

The bedrooms have linen provided which is changed weekly. The kitchen includes fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery and china. There are two bathrooms which have bath, shower, toilets and washbasins. Personal towels are also provided but these are not for use around the pool, or beach, please bring your own towels for these usages.
