A spacious traditional three bedroom Breton farmhouse with lots of old beams and character.
Currently there are beds for 8 but can comfortably sleep up to 10 (to include children).

	There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. All china and glassware is provided.
	The living room has a traditional log burning fire for those of you who stay later in the season. A library of films are available for your use but you may want to bring some of your own. Mini-music system available.
	A separate dining room seats 8 and is situated near to the kitchen which also seats 6.
	One bathroom and WC is located downstairs and another family bathroom upstairs, plus master en suite.
	The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. An extra bed and/or cot can be added if required.
	Of the other two upstairs bedrooms one is a triple and the other a twin but this can be made in to another triple if required.

For those of you who need a change from the pool there is a Boule piste to while away the long summer afternoons and evenings, a Badminton/Volleyball court if you are feeling energetic, fishing in the risseau (stream) is possible and also in the Brest to Nantes canal which is a 5 minute walk away.

In the games room there is currently a pool table, and table tennis. The grounds cover 3 acres of park land with mature trees and a river running through. A Barbeque and private sitting out area. The pool has a large decking area around it for sunbathing and sitting out during those long summer days and evenings.

Bed linen is supplied but you will need your own towels. The kitchen includes fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery and china. There are two bathrooms which have bath, shower, toilets and washbasins. Personal towels are also provided but these are not for use around the pool, or beach, please bring your own towels for these usages. Price all inclusive June to September, after that period, electricity will be metered and charged at cost, paid locally.
