Well equipped kitchen with double sink unit & drainer. Double electric oven. Microwave. 4 plate electric hob. Large refrigerator. Lots of cupboard space. Use of washing machine.

1 Double bedroom, with private 5 piece bathroom.  1 Single bedroom, WC & washbasin en suite.  Bed linen is supplied but you will need your own towels.

1 Large sunny salon with 3 piece leather suite & dining table.  Access to very sunny front & back gardens. Gas barbecue. 

Secure parking with remote control gate.

Open all year. Dogs welcome. To be let as B&B (with evening meal if wished), or gite. B&B £15 per person, per night. Gite £300 per week.

LONGER LETS available in house sleeping five in three bedrooms. Please ask for details.  Available from September 2009.

Area

The house is very close (10mins on foot, 4mins by car) to the stunning Lac de Guerlédan. The lake is the largest in Brittany, and is 12kms long with 42kms of continuous paths and beach areas around the perimeter. At Beau Rivage, a pleasant 10mins stroll away, visitors can swim, sunbathe, water-ski, or simply have a meal or glass of wine or beer overlooking the lake. Boats & canoes can be hired, or you can put your own boat on the lake. There is also a large steamer on which you can tour the lake, have a meal on board or glass of wine if wished, and gently take in the beautiful views from the lake. Visitors can fish ( the lake is very famous for its large pike), hire bicycles, or horse ride. The area is a walker's paradise and the property opens on to the G.R. 341 national footpath. This is a wonderful area for outdoor people, with lots to see & do.
