This house is one of a group of three renovated and well equipped cottages, this is the largest one for larger groups of up to 23 people. It is fully equipped: the kitchen is an industrial size as you can imagine what it is like catering for that many people and B&B is also offered off peak season. This spacious house is Ideal for group parties; large family groups, clubs of motorists, cyclists, walkers etc. There is a huge dining room to cater for those large groups of people.

This accommodation is very flexible and caters for all type of family or club groups.

There is one ensuite double bedroom on the ground floor especially equipped for disabled people. On the upper floors there are five further bedrooms: Two double and two family rooms (each sleeping up to four people mostly having double and twin or bunk beds, separated by the ensuite shower/WC room) and the largest room sleeps 6/7 people in single beds. Each bedroom is individually lockable, so to maintain complete privacy.

There is a large lounge area overlooking the swimming pool and gardens, equipped with TV and video. The large dining room and kitchen areas are well equipped with full facilities. The reception room has all the information you will need from the local tourist information offices.

Utility Room

The laundry room with washing machine etc, is shared by all houses.

Outside

Outside in the extensive gardens, you have your own private terrace area. There is a BBQ and table and chairs for those al-fresco meals. In the middle courtyard, there is a huge swimming pool with plenty of areas to relax.

Area

Situated in the quiet southern Brittany countryside only 20 minutes drive to the beach and 6 kms from the town of Languidic. The nearest shops are in the town which has the usual supply of shops: a large Intermarché supermarket, two boulangeries, clothes shop, Tabac, banks, charcuterie, butcher, fresh fishmonger, pharmacy etc. Golf courses are quite close and also an abundance of beaches to choose within about 20-30 minutes drive. Also quite close, there are tennis courts to rent, canoeing and all sorts of other sporting activities, bars, restaurants. This is a good base to really explore this wonderful part of southern Brittany either by car, bicycle or on foot.
