Coastal Chalet House nr Etel & Erdeven

The DUNES - Sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, communal swimming pool

This compact house is only ten minutes walk across the sand dunes to the beach, ten minutes walk to the shops and restaurants of Etel Village and 25 metres from the large communal swimming pool. The house is terraced and is situated in a "lotissement" which is a purpose built seaside community, with other holiday homes and permanent residences. There are also communal tennis courts a short walk away.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin.  Linen and towels can be hired with this house (50€ per week), duvets and pillows are provided. You may of course bring your own linen and towels. Downstairs there is a shower room with sink and separate toilet.  The rest of the downstairs is open plan, with a kitchen range of two ring hob, separate stand-alone oven/grill, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster.

The dining area has a pine table and four chairs and the sitting area has a sofa and there is also a hifi music centre.  The lounge area gives onto patio doors leading to the sun-trap terrace, which gets the sun from early morning to mid afternoon.  Pool open mid June - mid September.
