A recently renovated mill house in the countryside between Vannes and Arradon, and within 10 minutes of beaches, shops etc.  The décor is superb, very contemporary.  Two wide steps up from the lounge, the kitchen is ultra-modern and fully equipped including breakfast area. This house is really beautiful, so your utmost care is required please.  Lounge/dining area with recently added conservatory (not shown in photo), with comfortable seating.  Three bedrooms; master on ground floor with full ensuite, and dressing room.  Two other bedrooms upstairs (one double, one twin) with family shower room, toilet and wash basin.  White tiled floors on the ground floor with under-floor heating. 

Outside there is a fabulous extensive landscaped garden with a little trout stream perfect for fishing AND a one hole putting green.  NO children under 12, sorry -  the river is not enclosed. Due to the beautiful furnishings and high quality equipment in this wonderful home, the refundable security deposit required is £200.
