Sleeps 4 - with pool and hot tub!

This lovely cottage is semi-detached to the English owners' house and commands fantastic views over the surrounding countryside.  It is a lovely bright, well cared for cottage with use of a heated splash pool and a hot-tub

Downstairs there is an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen.  The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster and in the separate utility room there is a washing machine.  The lounge has a settee, two armchairs and TV with video and satellite digibox with English channels and a DVD player (bring your own DVDs).  Also downstairs there is a lovely shower room with a massage shower cubical, sink and toilet.

Upstairs there is a second shower room with toilet and sink, along with a double and a twin bedroom, both with wardrobes.

Just outside the lounge double windows you will find a private veranda.  There is ample parking and there is a BBQ and garden furniture also for your pleasure during your stay here. Bed linen and towels are supplied with this cottage, but you'll need your own pool/beach towels.

Noyal Pontivy is a lovely town, with the usual complement of village shops so you can walk the ten minutes in the morning to pick up the croissants and the baguette.  There are hundreds of shops in the market town of Pontivy which is only a short five minute drive from the cottage.  All you need and more on your doorstep.
