Trebihan Languidic, on the banks of the River Blavet Country Cottage sleeping 4 This stone cottage overlooks open fields and a beautifully landscaped garden, and is only 200 metres from the River Blavet with its wonderful towpath for fabulous walks and bike rides and of course kayaking.  Also there is a weir and lock on this stretch of navigable river which was canalised under instruction by Napoleon. The house on two floors, has two double bedrooms and is traditionally furnished.  There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, sink and separate toilet. The back door leads to the patio and little garden where you will find the sun loungers and BBQ. Downstairs, it is openplan with kitchen with full gas cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. In the lounge/dining area there is a TV with DVD and dining table. The lounge is comfortably furnished with huge log burning fire.  The dining table seats eight, in case you have a couple of guests to dinner.  Most of the original features remain in this property including the massive oak beams in all rooms and the exposed stone walls. Linen is not included but can be hired at 15€ per bed.  End of stay clean is available locally at 50€. Both linen and cleaning is paid directly to the owner. The house is in a small hamlet next to the owners house.  Wonderful for walkers, joggers, cyclists, and nature lovers because the banks of the nearby river are home to wonderful birds and aquatic animals like otters, kingfishers, and some we have yet to identify! We had the most wonderful time and it was exactly what we needed, somewhere isolated and quiet. the owners were extremely nice and helpful and we made the right choice. We rode by the river several times, we took long walks and also drove to other places around, it was just lovely. We played Boule with them and the last night invited us for drinks, very hospitable.  We sincerely hope to go back either there were we can have absolute peace and quiet. AW London
