Most properties supply bed and kitchen linen in the price (please verify for yourself), but only a few supply personal towels.  We cater for couples to groups of up to 33. All properties are either in Morbihan, or southern  Brittany. 

Houses are only visited by us at the beginning and not inspected annually; therefore the information given in the text is as found on that initial inspection. Any changes after that time are the responsibility of the owner to inform us, any recommendations made will be based on initial knowledge, and the renter should verify all facts before reserving a property if they have any special needs.   None of the houses permit smoking inside unless otherwise stated on the property information page, same applies to pets. Please note that your contract will be between the property owner and yourself, with SBC acting as intermediary.

INSTRUCTIONS ON USE

When you reach through to the index or availability pages further click on any property photo or underlined text to show individual details, including more photos, rental charges and availability.  We accept sterling and euros, at the bank exchange rate available when the payment falls due.  

Although our cottage availability is updated as soon as we make a certain reservation, best to email and check just in case. Check the date stamp at the bottom to see last update day.

Each property has a map link on it, click on the link and you will be taken from this site to Google maps where you will have functionality to zoom in and out and other clever things.  I hope you find this addition helpful in locating where the properties are.
