      Most properties supply bed and kitchen linen in the price (please verify for yourself), but only a few supply personal towels.  We cater for couples to groups of up to 33. All properties are either in Morbihan, or southern  Brittany. 

Houses are visited by us at the beginning but not inspected annually; therefore the information given is as found on that initial visit. Any changes after that time are the responsibility of the owner to inform us, our recommendations made will be based on initial knowledge, and the renter should verify all facts before reserving a property if they have any special needs.   The houses do not permit smoking inside unless otherwise stated on the property information page, same applies to pets, but there is a column on the availability page showing those who do accept pets. We accept sterling and euros, at the bank exchange rate available when the payment falls due.   25%deposit required and balance due 8 weeks before holiday start date.

Please note that your contract will be between the property owner and yourself, with SBC acting as intermediary.

INSTRUCTIONS ON USE

When you get to the availability page, which is a list in order of sleeping capacity, further click on the underlined property name to open that property's individual page, including more photos, rental charges and availability.  

Cottage availability is updated as soon as possible after we make a reservation, check the date stamp at the bottom to see last update time.

Each property has a map link on it, click on the link and you will be taken from this site to Google maps where you will have functionality to zoom in and out and other clever things.  I hope you find this helpful in locating the properties.
