Inside on the you will find a large open plan lounge, dining and contemporary kitchen area with gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, microwave (and there is a washing machine in the laundry room), Satellite TV also available, DVD player and WiFi access. Comfortable settee.

Outside you have your own private covered terrace.  The gardens are spectacular and boasts a mill with a wheel and a feeder canal which is spring fed, which cascades down the waterfall into the lake below, which is home to ducks and geese and two very proud peacocks who are not shy to show their full plumage! There are many walk tracks near the house, unless you just fancy a stroll around the ample grounds and pathways by the two lakes. They are set in magnificent landscaped grounds stretching for over seven acres. It has its own private spring-fed lakes, one of which is the size of a football pitch, so if you so desire, you can fish for tench, roach, rudd, bream, perch, carp (up to 19 lbs) and trout!  If you don't fancy that, you can enjoy wonderful walks in the beautiful grounds.

With lovely views over the rolling countryside is the 9 x 4.5 metre heated, decked, above ground pool, open June, July and August. Boule court and loads of safe areas to play in, complete the expansive outside space.

The town of Le Sourn is only a kilometre, which means a 15 minute walk to the boulangerie, Boucher, tabac, pharmacy and supermarket. If golf is your pleasure there is a nine-hole course only five minutes drive from the house. 45 minutes to the south-coast beaches. Only 3kms to the 18 hole Golf de Rimaison.
