La Grenier is a spacious luxury three bedroom gite which has high vaulted ceilings with original exposed beams, with the following comforts: Kitchen is fully fitted with integrated fridge freezer, electric oven and Gas Hob, with extractor, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and dishwasher. The washing machine is in a shared utility room.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a two seater settee and two lounge chairs, coffee table, satellite TV with your favourite UK programmes (bring your own Sky card to watch your usual programmes). DVD player and CD music player is integral. Dining table and 4 chairs are included in the spacious open plan area.

The bedrooms: one large en-suite bedroom downstairs.  Two large bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs (3rd bedroom has three beds) and there is also a comfy bed settee so the property could sleep 8 - all have high quality mattresses . Wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom is fitted out to a high standard with a luxury shower cabin and heated towel rail included. Fitted carpets throughout add to your comfort. On the private patio are a table and chairs to enjoy the alfresco dining amidst the beautiful countryside and our private gardens. there is a stone built BBQ shared with gite Le Perche. Fishing in the private lake is included in the price. Beautiful views of the lake and surrounding countryside are seen from the living room French windows. New for this year is our shared pool, heated June, July and August. Boule court and loads of safe areas to play in, complete our expansive outside space.  Sun-loungers supplied. Bed linen and personal towels are supplied but you will need your own pool towels. This gite could be rented with Le Perche for a family group. set in magnificent landscaped grounds stretching for over seven acres.  It has its own private spring-fed lake the size of a football pitch, so if you so desire you can fish for tench, roach, rudd, bream, perch and trout!  If you don't fancy that, you can enjoy wonderful walks in the beautiful grounds.  Only 3kms to the 18 hole Golf de Rimaison. With lovely views over the rolling countryside is the  9 x 4.5 metre heated, decked, above ground pool, open June, July and August. Boule court and loads of safe areas to play in, complete the expansive outside space. Hot tub.
