This detached house is on the edge of a small village and has marvellous views over open countryside.  Josselin is less than ten minute's drive.

There is an open plan lounge with kitchen range, including full new cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher.  In the lounge there is a TV and DVD player, and a range of games, videos and books.  Also on this floor is one double bedroom with a shower room and toilet.  There is a new washing machine in the basement.

At the top of the stairs there is a door which leads to the landing from where you will find a twin room with original beams and exposed stone walls, a second double bedroom and family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
