Kerberry is an eco friendly detached house with large open plan living room and mezzanine floor above, picture windows and sliding doors opening onto the patio. The design of which makes it extremely light and spacious.

Separate well equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine.  Kitchen has fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, iron and board. Under floor geo-thermal heating making it ideal for Summer or Winter holidays for couples and families. English and French freeview television and DVD. Dining room with seating for six people.

 King room with balcony, and two twin rooms one with balcony.  One of the twin rooms has push together beds to make another king bed. Also one family bathroom with bath and shower and two separate WCs, one with wash hand basin.

The garden offers an excellent play area for children with sandpit and the patio is ideal for relaxation or having a BBQ or simply lounging on the sun-beds.

Also provided for your entertainment are adults and children's games and books, TV, radio & CD player, books for adults and children, satellite, DVD and video player. Bed linen and personal towels can be provided for an extra £35 (see price panel) but you will need your own beach towels.  Or of course you can bring your own.

Kerberry is a superb location in which to experience the temperate climate of South Coastal Brittany, enjoy the many local beaches, the natural beauty of Quiberon and the Cote Savage, megaliths at Erdeven and Carnac, the museum and Citadelle at Port Louis, the submarine base at Llorient, the local markets at the many nearby historic towns and the charm of small villages such as St Cado. A comprehensive information pack on the area is provided.

Situated at the end of a cul de sac, overlooking a large enclosed garden, fields and oak grove. There is no passing traffic, allowing you to relax on the sun terrace whilst children can play safely in the garden. Step outside onto the adjacent Grande Randomme 34, the Brittany Coastal Path, for superb walking and cycling (bike hire available in the village). Riding stables and the St Laurent golf course are nearby as are excellent restaurants and street markets in a variety of historic towns at Port Louis, Auray, Etel, Quiberon and Hennebont. Kerberry is in a delightful spot from which to experience the pleasures of Southern Brittany

What a lovely home for us to spend a week of our vacation. The facilities are excellent, clean and very well maintained and one quickly feels the freedom and sense of being at home. The weather has been fabulous all week and this is the ideal place to relax, sunbathe in the surrounding peace and quiet of the countryside. Great customer service - the best holiday rental we have ever had we would definitely recommend!

We have had a lovely holiday and have thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kerberry. It was truly a home from home experience. We spent lovely days on the beach at Barrée Etel and Larmor Plage, Lorient, as well as Gavres. As this was our first holiday with our 6 month old baby we often had to eat in and the cooking facilities in the well equipped kitchen were superb. We will have many good memories to take home with us and hope to return someday soon.
