Contemporary Apartment and Cottage, nr Baud, heated pool

Set in 3 hectares of park and meadows, this lovely cottage and apartment are in a quiet area, but close enough to walk to the nearest village of St Barthelemy, and only 6 kms from the market town of Baud and just over a km to the River Blavet and its long towpath for river walks.

The Cottage - this is all on one level - ground level and is a studio open plan layout, with double bed, bathroom with bath and shower over, galley style kitchen, all open plan.  The kitchen has a gas hob, table top oven, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher and there is a washing machine in the bathroom.

The apartment also sleeps two with double ensuite bedroom with bath and shower over, mezzanine seating area, full kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, full electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer.  The stairs to the bedroom are shared with the owner, so not altogether private.  However, the owner's accommodation is closed off, and it is only the stairs which are shared.

Outside you will be able to explore the 3 hectares of park and meadows and relax by the in-ground, heated swimming pool (10x5m).  Bikes are available to borrow.  If booking both houses together there will be approx 30% reduction; and there is a connecting door which can be opened for your ease of communication.  Bed linen and towels are provided in the price.  If you wish to rent pool towels these are available at 5€ per person per week.

St Barthelemy is the nearest village, and has a restaurant, supermarket, boulangerie and bar.  Baud is the nearest town which has two large supermarkets, several restaurants and the usual complement of shops including an internet café.
