Set in a group of three cottages, this semi-detached cottage has it's own hot tub which is exclusively for the use of its guests!  You will also have use of the shared pool (8.5 x 4.5 metres approx).  Due to health and insurance restrictions, persons under 12 years of age have limited use the Hot Tub.

This cottage is recently renovated and incorporates the ancient building with modern and antique furniture and many of the original features remain like the exposed stone walls and huge oak beams.

In the lounge it has comfortable settees and TV & DVD (TV receives BBC) and a wood burning stove for those autumn and winter evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc

Upstairs there is a shower room and two bedrooms, one double and one triple.

Outside is a private back garden with the screened hot tub for five, set into a large decked seating area.  This is in use free of charge until the end of September, From October to April the tub can be available for an additional charge of £30/40€.

There is a swimming pool 8.5 x 4.5 metres. Hob Tub available May - end September
